At CHRISTIAN RETREAT, hospitality is our business and service is our ministry! You’ll work with our conference coordinator whose only assignment is to make your special event a success. This experienced event coordinator will consult you on your preferences, follow through on every detail—from selecting a date to choosing refreshments—and stay close at hand throughout your event.

From theater presentations to breakout session and classroom-style setups, we have venues that can be tailored to your event strategy. Our dedicated support staff will be ready to assist with all the details so you can focus on your guests.

Meeting Rooms

Tabernacle

The Tabernacle is an 1000-seat auditorium with balcony and is fully-equipped with audio and video capabilities. It serves as the hub for ministry activities at the Retreat. The Resource Center is located in rear. The Tabernacle is adjacent to the ITC building.

Majesty Room

The Majesty Room is located on the first floor of the ITC building. It is one of the largest meeting rooms with a seating capacity of approximately 350 theater style. It also serves as a workshop room with tables. The Majesty Room is the ideal meeting room for a banquet or wedding reception.

Great Shepherd

The Great Shepherd room, located on the second floor of the ITC Building has a seating capacity of 80. The room is perfect for medium-sized seminars and workshops.

Chapel Theater

The Chapel Theater is located on the first floor of the ITC Building and has a seating capacity of 60. The room includes a baby grand piano and has courtyard access.

Shekinah

The Shekinah room is located on the first Floor of the ITC building and has a seating capacity of 80 theater style.

Alpha Omega

The Alpha Omega room is located on the second Floor of the ITC Building. It is a small intimate room and will seat 40 people comfortably theater style. This room is perfect for small workshop or breakout room.

Joy Room

The Joy Room is located on the second floor of Miracle Manor. This room will comfortably seat 70 people theater style.

Emmanuel Boardroom

The Emmanuel Board Room is located on the second floor of the ITC Building. It has a large board room style that can accommodate 12 people. Groups utilizes this room for annual board meetings, as a small bible study room or for church committee meetings. The room come equipped with a large screened TV.

Additional Space

Youth Center

Multipurpose sports gymnasium with theater and pre-function space.  Indoor gym can be configured for basketball or volleyball courts.  Theater with stage and audio-visual ideal for keynotes, presentations, meetings and more.

Riverside Pavilion

The Riverside Pavilion overlooks the tropical lagoon on the peaceful Manatee River and is ideal for casual outdoor dining or meetings.
