Our retreat weekend was absolutely wonderful! After not being able to visit since 2012, we were so blessed to return. The staff was fantastic – Karen was incredibly accommodating in organizing our group of over 200, and the front desk staff member (whose name we unfortunately didn't get) was always kind and efficient. We also appreciated the kind and patient security guard. The remodeled rooms are a great improvement, and we love having our services in the tabernacle – the equipment and sound system are top-notch, and Arturo and the other gentleman working in there were incredibly helpful. But the food! Wow! The kitchen staff provided the best retreat meals we've ever had – fresh, delicious, and served with kindness. Our entire congregation raved about the food and the staff. Our retreat at Christian Retreat was truly a blessing! The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating throughout our stay. A special shout-out to Mike, the security guard, who was not only helpful but also brought joy and humor to our group – he's a wonderful representation of the Christian Retreat spirit! Arturo expertly handled all our A/V needs, and we learned a lot about pre-retreat communication in the process. Sharilee's organization and facilitation were outstanding; she made us feel like we were the only group there, attending to our every need and even our last-minute requests with grace and attentiveness.
