Youth Explosion (YEX), is an overnight summer youth camp at Florida’s 110-acre Christian Retreat, located along the lush banks of the Manatee River in Bradenton. Outdoor sports, games, arts, dance, workshops, and much more combine with impactful ministry by teen-oriented speakers and musicians.

Wear your 90's outfit: A blast from the past. Then join us after service for Fire In The Night (A night of worship around the camp fire)

Joe Brown Jr.

Joe Brown Jr. is energized and ready to spark a flame in today’s generation. God’s calling for his life became very real as he began to captivate the hearts and souls of people of all ages across the nation and world.

Korey Wilkinson

Korey Wilkinson is the Lead Pastor of Reclaimed Church in Wildwood, FL, which he helped launch in 2020. His passion is to reclaim relationships, freedom, and purpose among the church body.

Deejay Mackye

DeeJay Macyke serves as the youth & young adults for Thrive Church. He is passionate about cultivating a God driven lifestyle for the next generation and building a community to support those in need of God's love and personal connection.

Jonathan Taylor

Jonathan serves with his wife Mary as the student pastors at Destination Church in Waycross, Georgia. Jonathan has a desire to see the bride of Christ be ready for the Lord’s return.

Katy Mackye

Katie is an Associate Pastor and Worship Leader at Thrive Church in Greenville, SC. Through years of serving the next generation, she’s found herself with a deep desire to see young people who know what it is to worship in Spirit and in Truth.

Michelle and her husband John have worked with young people in our region for over 40 years. In 1989 they went full time with Youth for Christ, and have also been youth pastors at a number of churches and are the founders of The Front

Ebony King

Ebony King is a renowned trauma expert, youth advocate, and CEO of Access Granted Now, Inc., a residential home dedicated to supporting at-risk foster youth in Manatee County, Florida.

Billy DiBari

Billy has been leading in youth ministry for over a decade, passionately discipling middle and high school students at Grace Chapel and is committed to grounding young believers in a solid theological foundation.
