A Florida native and classically trained chef, Jerome Ingram Jr. brings a wealth of culinary expertise to his role as Executive Chef. Well-versed in several cuisines, Chef Ingram has a particular passion for utilizing fresh, local produce and seafood. His culinary heart also finds joy in the rich traditions of Southern American and Cajun cuisine. As a third-generation BBQ pitmaster, he expertly crafts meats, seafood, and vegetables over live fire, drawing inspiration from his studies of regional cuisines in locations such as Memphis, Tennessee, and the Mississippi Delta.
Chef Ingram's experience includes creating memorable banquet experiences at prestigious establishments such as the Ritz-Carlton Sarasota, other Marriott properties, and several TPC Golf & Country Clubs. He is dedicated to providing exceptional dining experiences that honor God through the art of culinary creation.
