He Will Perform

“Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it unto the day of Jesus Christ.” Philippians 1:6

Have you recognized that God has made a change in your life? Be confident that what He started, HE WILL CONTINUE TO PERFORM!

Are you easily discouraged with your progress in life because you set such high expectations for yourself? God wants you to be confident in HIM!

“Let go and let God” perform on your behalf…that God of peace that makes “you perfect in every good work to do his will, working in you that which is well pleasing in his sight.” (See Hebrews 13:20-21.)

Your utmost desire above all else should be to please God. The Apostle Paul exhorted the Thessalonians on the principles of how to walk and please God with the end result being that they “would abound more and more.” (See I Thessalonians 4:1.)

So rest in His promise…HE WILL PERFORM HIS WILL, IN HIS TIMING, ABUNDANTLY, THROUGH YOU!

PRAY: “Dear Lord, forgive me for the times I have not walked in confidence of what You were doing in my life. May my words be Jesus’ words: ‘The Father hath not left me alone; for I do always those things that please him.’* In Jesus’ Name, I pray. Amen.”
