Times of Refreshing

“Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord; and he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you.” Acts 3:19-20

Isaiah 60 prophesies an end-times REVIVAL. Gross spiritual darkness has covered the earth, but God’s glory is being seen as the Church repents, fasts, and prays with purpose. God is exposing the counterfeit, imitation, and carnal efforts of man one by one so that His TRUTH can shine forth.

Be discerning of the times and seasons and pray in harmony with God’s plan. NOW is the time of harvest, a time to receive the promises of God… “times of refreshing.” As a Christian, you are part of Abraham’s seed and an heir to those promises. (See Galatians 3:29.) However, be watchful that error does not arise in your faith…where you believe whatever YOU declare will happen just because you are an heir. You do not “create” the will of God…you “cooperate” with it.

Keep an eye on Israel. When things happen in Israel, corresponding events happen in the Church. I Corinthians 15:46 states that first there is the “natural” and then comes the “spiritual.” Sense the time of God’s visitation. Jesus wept because Jerusalem “knewest not the time of [its] visitation.” (Luke 19:44)

PRAY: “Dear Father, I do not want to miss Your visitation. I will keep my eyes open and alert at all times. Let Your will be done in my life today. In Jesus’ Name, I pray. Amen.”
