Recognizing Satan's Lies

“For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.”  Ephesians 6:12

As a Christian who believes in the miracle-working power of God, you expect attacks from people who have never encountered the astounding, life-changing power of Jesus Christ. However, in the fast-paced world in which you live, many Christians are even beginning to believe Satan’s lies.

Has the devil been robbing you of your joy, your victory, or your peace? Do you sometimes doubt and ask, “Is that really of God?”

That is exactly what Satan wants to do to you. He wants to plant tares of doubt among your wheat fields of faith. He does not have to convince you that he is telling the truth in order to rob you. He simply plants a seed of doubt.

Do not let Satan, with all his lies; rob YOU of God’s abundant blessings! You are in a mighty spiritual warfare. Satan is not only alive and well but, right now, he is planning for YOU to fail. You must be aware of the devil’s strategy and guard your heart and mind against his attacks.

God has provided FOUR powerful weapons in this warfare: PRAYER, PRAISE, FAITH, and THE GIFTS OF THE SPIRIT. Exercise yourself in these four areas and expose Satan’s lies!

PRAY: “Father, I come against all the lies of Satan. I choose to believe Your truth for my life, Father. Amen.”
