Your conference or retreat is a "Booking."

Please make sure to check the box to "Events Needed" to give us details regarding meeting space needs, meals needed, etc.  Every meeting general session, and meal is considered an Event within your booking.  Add as many Events to your Booking that you have information for!  

Make sure to select "Overnight Rooms Needed" to let us know about sleeping accomodations needed for your group.
