How much does it cost to have a vendor table?
Each vendor table is $100.00 and is payable in full upon registration.
What time will the vendor tables be available for vendors to set-up prior to the event?
The vendor tables will be available for setup from 1pm – 5pm on Thursday, October 1, 2020. Each table will be reserved with the vendor’s name provided on the online form.
If I have to cancel will I be entitled to a full refund?
Yes, you will be entitled to a refund if cancellation is 24 hours ahead of the event minus the 3% credit card processing fee.
Will electric be available?
Electric is available at no additional charge at seven of the event spaces. Please note schematic below for tables that include electric. If the tables on the schematic have already been reserved, electric is still an option. However, vendors will be required to bring a heavy duty electric cord at least 50 feet long.
Can I select a specific table?
Yes, please view schematic on the online application form for available spaces. The online form will give you the option to select your first and second choice. We will do our best to honor your first choice. Tables are not secured until the online form is submitted and payment of $100.00 has been processed.
What size is the table?
Tables are 6′.
Will the table be skirted?
No, table skirting will not be provided. However, each table will be provided with a purple cloth table covering.
